Wooden Bolt Puzzle Challenge is a browser-based logic puzzle built around a single clear rule: remove a bolt, then place it in an open hole on the same panel. Limited free holes and slots hidden beneath slats create the real difficulty, rewarding observation over speed. Boosters help when a sequence stalls. There are no time limits, making it suitable for families and casual players who prefer thoughtful play. The main limitation is that the input describes only one core mechanic, so variety depends on how the panels are arranged.
Each panel presents a set of bolts that must be removed. Clicking a bolt takes it out, but the move is not complete until you place that bolt into an open hole on the same panel. The number of free holes is limited, so every placement changes what is possible next. Removing a bolt without a valid destination is not an option, which forces you to think one or two steps ahead.
Some holes are not visible at the start because wooden slats cover them. Releasing one bar at a time can expose new slots, but doing so may also change which bolts are reachable. This layered design turns a simple removal task into a spatial reasoning problem. Scanning the whole panel before acting helps you spot which slats hide the holes you need most.
When no legal placement remains, the game offers tools and boosters to help you continue. These are limited, so using them only when you are genuinely stuck preserves them for later puzzles. The boosters do not replace planning; they buy you a way forward when a sequence has gone wrong.
Mouse and touch input both work. The interface is simple enough that new players can start without a tutorial, and full-screen mode removes distractions for longer sessions. The game runs in modern browsers on desktop, phone, and tablet, so progress is not tied to one device. There are no time limits, which makes it suitable for short breaks or extended play.
